We openen onze viering van de restaurantweek direct goed bij Le Clochard in het riffort. Na een drankje besteld te hebben bekijken we vol verwachting het restaurantweek menu. Bab’s kiest voor de aardappel en venkelsoep met gerookte forel als voorgerecht en ik neem de timbaal van parelhoen, avocado en seranoham.
